INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. To open the ampoule, take one tip of the ampoule between your thumb and index finger at the level of the red ring and with a quick movement, break off the tip.
2. Flip the ampoule over a glass of water or fruit juice and break the other end of the ampoule at the level of the red ring to allow the liquid to flow.
3. Once the liquid has drained from the ampoule, stir everything with a spoon before consuming. If the ampoule does not break cleanly, the product must be discarded immediately and should not be consumed due to the risk of glass particles in the liquid.

DOSAGE (Adults, 19 years and older): Take 1 ampoule 1 time per day or according to your health care practitioner's recommendations.
