Directions for shake mix: combine one level scoop (inside of container) of our delicious shake mix with 250 ml of fat free milk in a large glass or shaker. Stir or shake well and enjoy! If you prefer a thicker shake, blend shake mix, fat free milk and ½ cup (125 ml) of ice in a blender until smooth.
