Directions for use (Adults, 19 years and older): Mix 1 scoop (32.1 g) in 1.5 - 2 cups (approximately 375-500 mL) of your favourite beverage. Shake well.

Duration of Use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.

CAUTION: Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs, symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.
