Directions for use: chew one (1) tablet just before eating any food containing lactose. The amount of Lactaid® Fast Act Lactase Enzyme you need depends on the amount of lactose in the food you eat. Start with one (1) chewable tablet. If needed, adjust dosage to 2 tablets. Two (2) Lactaid® Fast Act Chewable Tablets at any one time should prevent symptoms caused by lactose intolerance. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and talk to a doctor.

Lactaid® Fast Act Lactase Enzyme provides the digestive enzyme, lactase, which breaks down lactose into easily digestible sugars to help prevent uncomfortable symptoms of lactose intolerance.
