Dosage (Adults 18 years and older): 1 tea bag, 2 times daily. Put a sachet in a cup (between 150 ml and 250 ml) of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes. If necessary, sweeten with a spoonful of honey. Drink a cup between meals.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks or if symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks.

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have liver or gall bladder diseases, and/or intestinal obstruction, or if symptoms persist or worsen.

CONTRAINDICATIONS :
Do not use this product if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Recommended use or purpose:
- Peumus boldus is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances (dyspepsia) and stimulate digestion.
- Taraxacum officinale is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help increase bile flow (choleretic) and treat digestive upset (dyspepsia).
