Adult dosage: for adults only, not to be used by persons under 18 years of age. Chew one THRIVE® Complete™ gum slowly and intermittently for 30 minutes whenever you get the desire to smoke. Repeat with a new piece of gum when you get the urge to smoke again. Most people require approximately 10 pieces per day. Do not exceed 20 pieces per day. For less than a pack a day smokers
