Adjustment: put on the support and pull on the Fix-Loc™ closure straps at once by using the Velcro® tab (step 1). Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable. Attach the adjustable strap. The strap should form a figure 8 by contouring the malleolus, the heel and the ankle. Use the Velcro® tab to secure closure (step 2). The brace should fit snugly with no gaps or bulges on the ankle. Wear socks to absorb sweat. If you wear two braces, mark each support left or right to ensure optimal adjustment.
Cleaning: wash by hand with mild soap and air dry.
