Instructions for use:
- Apply to clean, dry, hair-free skin.
- Wrap tape firmly without obstructing circulation.
- Wrap tape smoothly and carefully to avoid skin irritation.
1 Wrap tape around lower calf.
2 Apply 5-7 strips under heal from one side to the other.
3 Interlock the last 2 strips in an ''x'' pattern.
4 Wrap 4 or 5 strips above the ankle to cover and hold strips already in place.
5 Wrap tape around arch, heel and ankle in a repetitive alternating figure-8 pattern to lock heel.
6 For additional support, apply tape in an overlapping spiral.
+ Wrap tape around wrist by overlapping in a circular way.
Put gauze between fingers and wrap strips of tape around them.
