Measurement
To determine proper size, stand and slightly bend your leg. Measure the circumference around the largest part of the knee, directly over the patella.

Adjustment: wrap around the knee and attach the bottom Velcro® first. Detach the removable hinges on each side and place them to properly stabilize the knee ligaments. Make sure the opening on the knee brace is around the patella. Attach the top Velcro® to stabilize the knee. Adjust for comfort. You should be able to bend your knee without restricting blood circulation.
Cleaning: wash by hand with mild soap and air dry.
