Measurement
To determine proper size, measure the circumference of the forearm below the elbow.

Adjustment: pull strap through the buckle. Slide support onto the forearm and position gel pad just below the elbow, directly on the tendon. Fasten support using the adjustable Velcro® strap to control the level of compression. Adjust for comfort.
Cleaning: wash by hand with mild soap and air dry.
