- mix 17 g into a cup of water, juice, soda, coffee or tea until completely dissolved, then drink
- do not take more than 17 g per day

- nausea, abdominal bloating, cramping or flatulence, diarrhea and excessive stool frequency might occur. If severe, stop use and contact a doctor.
