Directions adults and children 12 years and over: take 2-3 tablets once daily with water or fruit juice at bedtime. Max 3 tablets/day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur.

WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT- frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence on laxatives for bowel function, dehydration and electrolyte imbalance- it may take up to 3 days for you to have a bowel movement
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF
- rectal bleeding occurs
- symptoms persist, last for more than 7 days
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or get medical help right away, even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
