Directions
- Children (6 to 11 years): take 1 capsule per day
- Do not take more than 1 capsule per day
- Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1 or 2 capsules per day
- Do not take more than 2 capsules per day
- Take with one full glass of water or other liquids.

- Store between 15℃ and 30℃ in a dry place.

- If you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever, vomiting- With other medicines or if you are presently taking mineral oil
- If you are on a low salt diet
- Longer than 7 days
ASK A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE USE IF YOU- Noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that has lasted longer than 2 weeks (this may be a sign of a serious condition)
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT- Frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence on laxatives- May take up to 3 days for you to have a bowel movement
- Laxatives should not be taken within 2 hours of another medicine since the desired effect of the latter may be reduced.
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF
- Rectal bleeding occurs- Symptoms persist, last for more than 7 days
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or get medical help right away, even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.DO NOT USE IF SEAL IS BROKEN.
