Direction: adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 to 3 tablets at bedtime or before breakfast, as needed. Do not, take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours, chew tablets, take with milk or antacid. It may take 6 to 12 hours to have a bowel movement.
