Directions: adults and children 2 years of age and older: shake the can very well before use. To avoid frostbite, hold the can 10 cm away from the skin, and spray each affected area for no longer than 1 second. Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Children 2 to 12 years of age: application should be supervised by an adult.

Do not:
- use where sparks come out or in a confined space
- place in hot water or near radiators, stoves or other sources of heat
- puncture of incinerate container or store at temperatures over 48°C

- apply to wounds or damaged skin and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
- apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn

Discontinue use if rash, burning discomfort, itching, excessive skin irritation or hypersensitivity reactions occur.
If symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days or re-occur within a few days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking anticoagulant medications or for use beyond 7 days.
If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately.
