Directions: adults and children 12 years and older: apply thinly and evenly to affected area. Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin. Repeat as necessary, but no more than 3 to 4 times daily, allowing a minimum of 2-3 hours between applications. Close cap tightly after use. After applying, wash hands with soap & water. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Do not cover additional bandage or use with external heat such as an electric heating pad as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. If condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a doctor before using this product. KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICINE OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. Do not use if seal is broken or missing on box.
