Uses
Ginger is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine
- As an expectorant and cough suppressant (antitussive) to help relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds.
- To help relieve digestive upset, including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia, and flatulent colic carminative.
Willow Bark is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to relieve
- Minor joint pain (due to osteoarthritis)
- Fever associated with the common cold
- Headache pain

Used in Herbal Medicine for short-term relief of low back pain.

Medicinal ingredients willow bark (10:1 extract) (salix alba) (bark) equivalent to 2,000 mg of willow bark / 200 mg
Ginger (17:1 extract) (zingiber officinale) (rhizome) equivalent to 340 mg of ginger / 20 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients gelatin, glycerol, iron oxide (Fe₂O₃), iron oxide black, phosphatidylserine-enriched soy lecithin, purified water, soybean oil, yellow beeswax.
