DIRECTIONS:
1. Fit rubber adapter snugly into medication bottle.
2. Place syringe tip in opening.
3. Invert bottle and draw plunger to correct dosage.
4. Replace bottle upright.
5. Administer dosage using the syringe.
6. Remove adapter.
7. Close medication bottle.
8. Wash adapter and syringe with warm soapy water, rinse and air dry.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
