Heat in microwave following the instructions below.
600 - 800 Watts 125 sec.
850 - 1000 Watts 100 sec.
Cold Therapy
Sprains, Inflammation, Bruising, etc.
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.
2 hours minimum
