Dosage: Adults (15 and over): take one teaspoon 6 times daily. Start treatment at the first signs of a cold or infection. Children from 5 to 14: Take one teaspoon 2 to 6 times daily. Start treatment at the first signs of a cold or infection. Children from 2 to 4: take one teaspoon 1 to 4 times daily. Recommended duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner if use is extended beyond eight weeks.
