- other cough and cold medication
- a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), or other drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease, or for 2 weeks after stopping these drugs. If you are not sure if your medication contains one of these drugs, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

- a persistent/chronic cough (as occurs with smoking)
- shortness of breath or chronic lung disease (e.g. asthma or emphysema)
- pregnant or breastfeeding.
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF
- symptoms worsen or last for more than 7 days
- a fever, rash, persistent headache is present
- you cough up thick yellow or green mucus.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor right away.
