RECOMMENDED DOSE - Adults and Children 12 years and older: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 mL) every 2-3 hours as required. Do not exceed 5 doses daily. If preferred, mix with equal parts of honey.
