Dosage: Take at the first sign of a cold or infection.
Children 2 - 4 years old: Take 1 teaspoon (or 5 mL), 2 to 4 times daily.
Children 5 - 9 years old: Take 1 ½ teaspoons (or 7.5 mL), 2 to 4 times daily.
Adolescents 10 - 14 years old: Take 3 teaspoons (or 15 mL), 2 to 4 times daily.
Refrigerate after opening.

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection or an auto-immune disorder or if you are taking medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications).
