Use hydraSense® NetiRinse® Soothing Salt Packets with the hydraSense® NetiRinse® Nasal and Sinus Irrigation Kit, sold separately. The kit includes one bottle that offers 2 irrigation methods, as well as soothing salt packets.

Use 1 salt packet for daily nasal care, or 2 salt packets for specialty nasal care

DOSAGE: For daily nasal care, open 1 pre-measured salt packet, place the contents into the hydraSense® NetiRinse® bottle and dissolve the contents in 240 mL of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled to room temperature, at least twice daily (morning and evening) for regular cleansing, and 4 to 6 times a day when cold nasal symptoms are present. For specialty nasal care (to relieve sinus congestion caused by allergies or sinus infections), open 2 pre-measured salt packets to obtain a more concentrated solution, place the contents into the hydraSense® NetiRinse bottle and dissolve the contents in 240 mL of room temperature distilled water, or tap water previously boiled for 1 minute and then cooled to room temperature, repeat 2 to 3 times daily. hydraSense® NetiRinse® products are indicated for adults and children aged 6 years and over. The use of this product requires adult supervision for children between 6 and 12 years of age.
