- ABOUT WATER. The US FDA advises using filtered, distilled or previously boiled water for nasal irrigation. The US CDC provides detailed information about boiling, filtering, and disinfecting water for nasal irrigation at cdc.gov.
- Only for use when mixed with 7.75 oz (230 ml) of water.

Medicinal ingredient (per health Canada): sodium chloride (purified sea salt). Non-medicinal ingredient: purified water. When mixed with 7.75 oz (230 ml) of water, each capsule yields 0.9% isotonic saline
