Directions - adults: dissolve the entire content of one packet into 240 ml of water. Use 120 ml (4 oz) of premixed solution in each nostril. Gently blow your nose to clear out mucus before using product. Standing in front of a wash basin or sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head to the left. Keep your mouth open. Place the tip of the applicator at the base of the right nostril. Do not insert the applicator tip more than 1/4 inch into the nostril. Breathe through your mouth, or hold your breath, during product application so that the water will not drain from behind the nose into the mouth. Allow the solution to gently flow until it starts draining from the opposite nasal passage. Avoid swallowing the liquid as much as possible. Follow the same procedure with the left nostril after tilting head to the right. Blow or wipe the nose after use. Wash the bottle after each use with distilled, sterile, or boiled and cooled tap water, and leave the bottle to air dry completely.
