Measurement

This collar fits most adult neck contours (neck circumference between 15" - 20").
To determine proper size, keep head in a neutral position and measure the height of the neck from the tip of the chin to the top of the sternum.

Adjustment: skin areas covered by the collar should be clean and dry. Center the V-notch of the collar underneath the chin. Wrap the collar around the neck and attach the Velcro® strap. Adjust for comfort. You should be able to easily insert 2 fingers between the collar and your neck. The collar must allow the wearer to breathe normally and must not create pressure on the neck, under the jaw or to the shoulders.

Cleaning: wash by hand with mild soap and air dry.
