Recommended dosage (adults only): 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a physician. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Jet lag: 1 tablet once daily at bedtime while travelling, and at destination after darkness has fallen until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occasional short-term use. Sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, delayed sleep phase disorder, sleep-wake cycle: 1 tablet once daily, at or before bedtime. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.

CAUTION: Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
