- Take 2 to 4 tsp. (10 to 20 ml) every 4-6 hours
- Do not take more than 16 tsp. (80 ml) in 24 hours.

WARNINGS
DO NOT USE
- with other products containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin
- if allergic to any of the ingredients
- in the elderly who experience confusion at nighttime. This product may produce excitation rather than sedation in the elderly.
ASK A DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE USE IF YOU
- are taking other medications including sedatives and tranquilizers
- have - difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate - glaucoma - persistent cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema - cough with excessive phlegm (mucus) - difficulty breathing or other chronic lung conditions as these could be signs of a serious condition
- are elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding.
WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT
- marked drowsiness or excitability (especially in children) may occur
- do not drive or engage in activities that require alertness
- avoid alcohol
- alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness.
STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF
- new symptoms appear, symptoms worsen or last for more than 7 days
- you develop a high fever (>38°C), rash, persistent headache or the production of thick yellow/green phlegm.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of overdose: Call a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately, even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.

- Do not use if bottle seal is broken or missing
- Store at 15 to 30°C.
