Directions: adults: apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3-4 times per day. Rub and/or massage into skin until ointment vanishes. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days. Children 2-12 years: application should be supervised by an adult.

If cough persists for more than a week, or tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, consult a health care practitioner. If you have chronic lung disease or shortness of breath, do not use this product, unless directed by a health care practitioner. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, rashes and/or burning discomfort have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away. Store at 15℃ to 30℃.
Indications: effective cold relief. For relief of nasal congestion, coughs, and muscle aches and pains due to colds.

Medicinal ingredients (w/w): camphor 4.73%, menthol 2.6%, eucalyptus oil 1.2%. Non-medicinal ingredients (in alphabetical order): light mineral oil, myristica fragrans (nutmeg) extract, thuja occidentalis leaf extract, thyme essential oil, turpentine oil, white petrolatum.
