Instructions for use:
Step 1: apply a thin layer of color to clean lips and allow it to dry completely (about 2 minutes).
Step 2: apply conditioning balm topcoat for shine and comfort.
Reapply as needed to refresh throughout the day. To remove, use oil-based make-up remover.

CAUTION: Flammable until dry.
Do not use near fire, flame or heat.
