1) Apply color to clean lips.
2) Let dry 60 seconds, don't press lips together.
3) Apply moisturizing topcoat for shine and comfort. Use as a lip balm to refresh throughout the day.
To remove Outlast, use Covergirl Clean makeup remover for eyes and lips or baby oil.
