HOW TO
1. Brush on INFUSEBOND
2. Place WISPS underneath
3. Lock in with WATER RESISTANT SEAL
4. Reinforce with BONDBOOST
TO STACK
1. Brush INFUSEBOND on first wisp layer
2. Stack second layer of WISPS
TO REMOVE:
Step 1 Shake well before use. Add a few drops of Hydro Cleanser onto a cotton pad and place over eyes.
Step 2 Hold for at least 10 seconds and gently wipe away wisps.
Step 3 Repeat as necessary until there is no residue left.
