For best results, pre-lighten hair to a light blonde using Manic Panic® Flash Lightning® Bleach Kit. Deeper shades may give stunning highlights to darker hair. Ready to use / do not mix with peroxide instructions: 1. Wear protective gloves to avoid staining. 2. Apply to clean, dry hair. 3. Saturate hair thoroughly, avoiding scalp. 4. Cover hair in plastic cap and leave on for at least 30 minutes. 5. Rinse hair in cool water until it runs almost clear. Fades gradually with each shampoo.

To test, cleanse inner elbow. Apply a small amount of hair color to the area and allow it to dry. Leave uncovered for 48 hours if there are any signs of irritation, do not continue use. Do not apply if scalp is irritated, damaged, or sensitive. May temporarily stain skin. May stain blonde or porous hair. May permanently or temporarily stain clothes and other materials. Avoid eye contact. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
