For best results, pre-lighten hair to a light blonde using Manic Panic® Flash Lightning® bleach kit. Deeper shades may give stunning highlights to darker hair. Ready to use / do not mix with peroxide instructions: 1. Wear protective gloves to avoid staining. 2. Apply to clean, dry hair. 3. Saturate hair thoroughly, avoiding scalp. 4. Cover hair in plastic cap and leave on for at least 30 minutes. 5. Rinse hair in cool water until it runs almost clear. Fades gradually with each shampoo.
