Twice a weekApply a dollop of cream on damp skin and gently massage in a circular motion for about 2 minutes. Add water, emulsify and rinse thoroughly. For external use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucus membranes. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Pro tipsTo boost exfoliation, allow the papaya enzymes to take effect by waiting 1-2 minutes before emulsifying.
