Always apply your current moisturizer. Avoid intentional exposure to sun and UVs. Use a SPF >30 product in the morning. Do not use on damaged or irritated skin. HOW TO ACCOMMODATE. Phase 1: Use once every 3 nights. 2: When your skin gets used to phase 1, use every other night. 3: When your skin gets used to phase 2, use nightly as tolerated. IF IRRITATION OCCURS, stop the use until the signs disappear. Restart by further spacing out applications or reducing the application amount.
