DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE
1 Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2 Sterilize equipment: Place washed bottles (if needed), nipples, rings, caps and all preparation equipment in boiling water and keep at a rolling boil for 2 minutes.
3 SHAKE BOTTLE WELL; twist off cap.
4 IF USING THE SIMILAC® BOTTLE:
Attach nipple.
IF USING A DIFFERENT FEEDING BOTTLE:
Pour formula into bottle. If there is formula remaining in the Similac® bottle, recap, refrigerate and use within 48 hours.
5 Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
STORAGE
Cover opened or prepared bottles, and refrigerate immediately: use within 48 hours. Store unopened bottles under normal room temperature conditions. Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not reuse the Similac® bottle.

DO NOT ADD WATER. DO NOT USE IF BREAKAWAY RING IS MISSING OR BROKEN.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: BREAST MILK IS BEST FOR BABIES AND IS RECOMMENDED FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE DURING INFANCY.

Do not use the Similac® bottle to warm formula. Never use a microwave oven to warm formula; serious burns can result. Test temperature before feeding to avoid scalding the infant's mouth.
